Maverick joined Kout Capital as a Senior Analyst in 2019. In this role, he manages the investment analysis and underwriting of potential acquisitions as well as ongoing analysis and asset management of active investments.
Prior to joining Kout Capital Maverick was a M&A Analyst at global serviced office provider IWG Plc (Regus). In this role Maverick was responsible for the commercial due diligence and investment analysis of IWG’s potential acquisition, investment and divestment projects. Prior to joining IWG Plc Maverick started his career as a Management Trainee at Belgium’s top Insurance company, AG Insurance (AGEAS).
Maverick holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Finance from Ghent University (Belgium). He is also a CFA Charterholder.
