Maverick has been part of the Kout Capital team since 2019, contributing to the development of the firm’s investment strategy and overseeing its diverse portfolio. His responsibilities include managing the underwriting and analysis of potential acquisitions and investments, as well as the active management of existing assets. His expertise covers a broad range of alternative asset classes, including real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and venture & growth capital.
Maverick continuously monitors performance metrics of Kout Capital’s current investments and is focused on new opportunities from industry professionals and organisations.
Before joining Kout Capital, Maverick worked as an M&A Analyst at IWG Plc (Regus), focusing on commercial due diligence and investment analysis for the company’s expansion and divestment projects. His career began at AG Insurance (AGEAS), Belgium’s leading insurance firm, where he joined a competitive graduate scheme and gained his initial experience in financial services.
Maverick holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Finance from Ghent University in Belgium. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
