The group provides access to real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe and advises on deal financing and structuring. The advice offered is tailored to clients’ needs, with a focus on the most appropriate and efficient structure. Opportunities include investing directly into real estate assets or through debt-related products such as bridging or mezzanine finance.

Pre-agreed strategies include identifying and establishing the most efficient structures in order to maintain and maximise returns. Industry knowledge enables investors’ goals to be achieved, whilst preserving capital and targeting long-term growth.

Advice is provided on all aspects of the investment process from sourcing and acquiring, structuring appropriate finance, conducting due diligence, managing assets and monitoring potential exit scenarios.

Detailed business plans are prepared before acquisition to meet the objectives of our investors.  During the lifecycle of the investment, these business plans are actively monitored and amended as necessary with clients’ consent to achieve the best outcome.

 

Changing market conditions are actively monitored and exit scenarios are adapted accordingly with every reasonable endeavour made to meet or exceed expectations.
